Synopsis:

Adding Prince George's County as a site for the Child Support Enforcement Privatization Pilot Program; requiring a private contractor participating in the Pilot Program to offer employment to former county employees working for an existing contractor or county agency who are affected by the transfer of specified child support enforcement responsibilities; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; etc.
