Synopsis:

Authorizing the Garrett County dog warden and the warden's deputies to enforce regulation of animals in Garrett County; authorizing the Garrett County dog warden and the warden's deputies to issue a summons to any person in violation of the regulation of animals in the County; and authorizing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to provide for a comprehensive system for the regulation of dogs and cats in the County.
