Synopsis:

Providing for collective bargaining for part- and full-time employees at Prince George's Community College; providing procedures for the recognition or election of an exclusive bargaining representative that include procedures by which the Commissioner of Labor and Industry may designate a bargaining unit; providing for the settlement of grievances; creating specified requirements for employee organizations and providing for sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements; etc.
