Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Executive of Prince George's County to designate a special investigator as an interrogating officer or investigating officer under the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights in cases alleging that a police officer has used language that would demean the inherent dignity of any person, used excessive force in the performance of official duties, or harassed any person.
