Synopsis:

Allowing the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to enter into agreements with other states which would permit the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to share State death records with other states in order for these states to update the states' voter registries; and authorizing the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to make regulations.
