Establishing an Advisory Committee on Pedestrians and Bicycle Riders with Disabilities; specifying the purpose and the membership of the Committee; providing for the appointment of a chairman of the Committee; providing for meetings of the Committee; providing for staffing of the Committee; declaring a specified policy of the State; requiring the Director of Bicycle and Pedestrian Access to propose specified strategies and to consult regularly with the Committee.
