Synopsis:

Authorizing a county board of education to establish and implement educational symposia for students by utilizing persons in the community from various professional occupations; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to provide by regulation for State employee leave with pay to participate in symposia; allowing a specified State tax credit for employers of persons who participate in symposia; etc.
