Entitled:
State Acupuncture Board - Auricular Detoxification

Synopsis:

Permitting individuals who are licensed or certified to practice specified health occupations in the State to provide auricular detoxification under the direct supervision of an acupuncturist licensed by the State Acupuncture Board; providing for the qualifications and training of the individual; exempting the individual from obtaining a license to practice acupuncture in the State; establishing where an individual may provide auricular detoxification; authorizing the Board to adopt regulations; etc.
