Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the African American Heritage Society of Charles County, Inc. for the acquisition and the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building and surrounding site in LaPlata, to be used as an African American heritage museum, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
