Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Cellular Telephone Consumer Protection; providing for the membership, staffing, and purpose of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to investigate and report on consumer matters relating to cellular telephone and similar services to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 9, 2002; and providing for the termination of the Act.
