Long-Term Residential Drug Treatment Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Establishing a Long-Term Residential Drug Treatment Pilot Program in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to treat drug addicted nonviolent criminal offenders and dually diagnosed individuals in a residential setting using a multidisciplinary approach; requiring the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration to design and administer the Program; providing for the purpose, components, and treatment model of the Program; providing for the enrollment of clients from specified groups in specified proportions in the Program; etc.
