Establishing a Task Force on Child Pedestrian Safety; specifying the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate a chairman; requiring the Department of Transportation to provide staff and administrative support for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to initiate a pilot project on child pedestrian safety; requiring the Task Force to present a specified action plan to the Department; requiring the Department to implement the action plan; requiring the Task Force to make a specified report; etc.
