Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that relate to negligent or accidental activation of alarm systems; repealing provisions of law that relate to defective alarm systems; requiring law enforcement agencies to adopt specified regulations; requiring law enforcement agencies to treat specified information as confidential; requiring alarm system contractors, monitors, and users to register with the appropriate law enforcement agency under specified circumstances; etc.
