Synopsis:

Enacting the Simplified Sales and Use Tax Administration Act; stating the findings of the General Assembly; providing for representatives of the State to enter into multistate discussions concerning a Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement; authorizing the Comptroller to enter into the Agreement with other states to simplify and modernize sales and use tax administration; etc.
