Fair Pricing for Prescription Drugs - Maximum Allowable Prices

Synopsis:

Providing that, based on specified criteria, a manufacturer, wholesaler, or retailer may not charge a specified price for a prescription drug sold in Maryland; establishing specified maximum pricing criteria for a prescription drug sold in the State by a manufacturer; establishing specified maximum pricing criteria for a prescription drug sold in the State by a wholesaler; establishing specified maximum pricing criteria for a prescription drug sold in the State by a retailer; etc.
