Pharmacists - Dispensing Hypodermic Needles - Required Information - Immunity

Synopsis:

Requiring a pharmacist who dispenses a prescribed hypodermic needle to provide specified information to the patient for whom the hypodermic needle was prescribed; providing a specified immunity for a pharmacist who provides the information about hypodermic needles to the patient; and providing a specified immunity for an individual who possesses 10 or fewer hypodermic needles.
