Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to reduce the sentence of specified defendants if the defendant elects to either be given a specified chemical treatment or undergo physical castration as a condition of supervised probation; requiring the court to consider specified items when making a determination whether a defendant meets specified criteria; requiring a specified treatment to be administered or supervised by the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services; etc.
