Synopsis:

Specifying the applicability of specified standards and guidelines adopted under the federal National Manufactured Housing and Safety Standards Act to a contract for the initial sale of a mobile home; altering the circumstances under which the Home Builder Registration Unit may deny a registration to an applicant, reprimand a registrant, suspend or revoke a registration, or impose a civil penalty on a registrant; etc.
