Synopsis:

Requiring a county board of education to the extent feasible to establish, and the State Superintendent of Schools to encourage the establishment of, new public elementary, middle, and secondary schools to serve maximum student populations of 400 students for an elementary school, 600 students for a middle school, and 800 students for a secondary school.
