Repealing a provision that prohibits the Anne Arundel County Board of License Commissioners from issuing under specified circumstances multiple Class H beer and wine licenses to an unlicensed restaurant franchisee; establishing that Class B alcoholic beverages licensees are eligible for additional licenses under specified circumstances; etc.
