Social Security Trust Fund - Use for Child Support Payments

Synopsis:

Requesting the Congress of the United States to authorize the use of the Social Security Trust Fund to assist low-income noncustodial parents in the payment of their child support obligations and to provide that moneys taken from the Fund be repaid by the noncustodial parent or by deduction from the parent's future benefits.
