Synopsis:

Requiring a person to register with the Executive Director of the Child Support Enforcement Administration before providing child support services in the State; providing exceptions; establishing grounds for disciplinary action against registrants; limiting the fees that a person who provides child support collection services may charge an obligee in this State; etc.
