Public Service Commission - Liquefied Petroleum Gas

Synopsis:

Repealing the grandfathering provision for companies providing liquefied petroleum gas service under franchises that existed on or before July 1, 1980; providing that owners of gas service installations must comply with specified metering requirements; and clarifying that consumers of gas service may request an inspection and test of the meter.
