Motor Vehicle Law - Licensing of Businesses and Occupations

Synopsis:

Providing an exception to a provision of law requiring specified individuals and businesses licensed by the Motor Vehicle Administration to conduct the licensed activity only from a fixed location; altering provisions relating to the number and types of vehicle shows that a dealer or salesman may participate in annually; establishing that a dealer's bond covers the applicant's primary location and all supplemental locations that are licensed under the same dealer business license number; etc.
