Election Laws - Filing Additional Campaign Fund Reports

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that those persons responsible for filing specified campaign fund reports or statements relating to campaign accounts also file a single copy of all required reports, statements, and affidavits with the local board of elections where the candidate resides.
