Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retired Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists

Synopsis:

Exempting retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are employed by specified public schools as speech- language pathologists or audiologists from an offset to their retirement allowance; requiring the county boards of education to provide specified information to the State Retirement Agency; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations; etc.
