Teachers' Pension System - Purchase of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing specified members of the Teachers' Pension System to purchase specified service credit; and altering the amount that specified members of the Teachers' Pension System shall pay to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System when purchasing specified service credit.
