Dishonored and Bad Checks - Collection Fee

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum amount of the collection fee for which the maker or drawer of a dishonored check or other instrument shall be liable to the holder of the check or other instrument under specified circumstances; increasing the maximum amount of the collection fee for bad checks that a court may order a defendant to pay under specified circumstances; etc.
