Law Enforcement Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing a Law Enforcement Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Fund to assist law enforcement agencies in acquiring law enforcement equipment used to aid in the prevention of drunk and drugged driving; establishing a $100 surcharge for a conviction of specified drunk or drugged driving offenses; establishing a $100 payment as a condition of probation when a person receives probation before judgment for a violation of specified drunk and drugged driving provisions; etc.
