Family Law - Child Support

Synopsis:

Requiring that an order awarding child support remain in effect until the child marries or attains the age of 18 years; establishing an exception for an unmarried child who is enrolled in a specified educational program at a secondary school; and permitting a court to modify child support awards as circumstances require.
