Establishing a Task Force to study the costs of upgrading sewerage systems in the State; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for the appointment of the chairman of the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation for serving on the Task Force; authorizing a member of the Task Force to receive reimbursement for specified expenses; providing for meetings of the Task Force; etc.
