Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offender Registry

Synopsis:

Making specified individuals immune from civil liability for the failure to investigate or disclose information from a sexual offender registry; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to post on the Internet specified information about a registrant on a sexual offender registry; requiring the Department to post on the Internet a photograph of a registrant on a sexual offender registry; and making the provisions of the Act severable.
