Cigarettes - Direct Sales and Shipping

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person engaged in the business of selling or distributing cigarettes within Maryland or in another state from selling or shipping cigarettes directly, or causing cigarettes to be shipped directly, to a consumer or other unlicensed recipient in the State, including cigarettes ordered or purchased through a computer, telephone, or other electronic network; etc.
