Synopsis:

Creating a Commission to Study the Impact of Extended Hours for Licensed Establishments on Tourism in Baltimore City; providing for membership, chairman, duties, and staffing of the Commission; and requiring the Commission to issue a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Baltimore City Senate Delegation and the Mayor of Baltimore City on or before December 1, 2001.
