Maryland Health Care Foundation - Statewide Access to Free or Subsidized Prescription Pharmaceutical Products

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Health Care Foundation to facilitate access to free or subsidized prescription pharmaceutical products for residents of the State who are eligible for assistance in obtaining prescription pharmaceutical products; requiring the Foundation to ensure that the access provided under the Act is available to residents in Western Maryland, the Eastern Shore, the Baltimore Metropolitan area, the Maryland counties in the Washington Suburban Metropolitan area, and Southern Maryland; etc.
