Temporary Cash Assistance - Right to Child Support

Synopsis:

Providing that child support payments be excluded from the right, title, and interest that temporary cash assistance recipients must assign to the State; requiring that recipients who are ineligible for an increment in cash assistance receive the total value of all child support payments due and collected; requiring the Department of Human Resources to consider child support payments in determining any child-specific benefits to assign to recipients ineligible for a cash assistance increment; etc.
