Optional Retirement Program - Community Colleges - Employer and Employee Contributions

Synopsis:

Increasing the rate of employer contributions to 9.25% for participants in the Optional Retirement Program who are employees of community colleges, regional community colleges, or the Baltimore City Community College; and requiring those participants to make mandatory contributions of 2% to the Program.
