Election Judges - Selection Process and the Appointment of Minors

Synopsis:

Expanding State law to authorize each local board of elections in the State, rather than just the Prince George's County Board of Elections, to appoint specified minors to be election judges; and requiring an election judge who is a minor and too young to be a registered voter to demonstrate that the minor would otherwise qualify to be a registered voter in that county.
