Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Roundhouse Theatre, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of the interior of 7501 Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase, including, but not limited to, construction and installation of a lighting and sound system, stage, box office, concession area, and dressing area; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
