Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Nonprofit Sector Development Center Program in the Department of Business and Economic Development; requiring the Department to provide specified training and technical assistance services to nonprofit entities; authorizing grants to provide training and technical assistance services; establishing an advisory board for the Program; requiring that the Secretary of Business and Economic Development make recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly; etc.
