Board of Physician Quality Assurance - Disposition of Fees

Synopsis:

Decreasing the percentage of fees that is distributed to State programs out of the fees collected by the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance; repealing a requirement that the State Comptroller distribute into the Health Manpower Shortage Incentive Grant Program a specified percentage of fees collected by the Board; and requiring that a specified percentage of fees collected by the Board be distributed to the State Scholarship Administration.
