Synopsis:

Increasing the number of points required to be assessed by the Motor Vehicle Administration against an individual failing to stop a vehicle for a pedestrian in a crosswalk, passing a vehicle stopped for a pedestrian in a crosswalk, failing to exercise due care to avoid colliding with a pedestrian, and failing to stop a vehicle for specified steady red traffic signals.
