Election Law - Election Day - Voter's Name Missing from Registration Records - Voting Allowed Pending Verification of Voter's Eligibility

Synopsis:

Establishing a process to allow a voter who is present at a polling place on election day, but whose name is missing from the voter registry, to vote in the election pending a determination whether the voter is qualified to vote; requiring an election judge at a polling place on election day to take specified actions to determine whether a voter whose registration status is in dispute is qualified to vote; allowing a voter whose registration status is in dispute the opportunity to vote by absentee ballot; etc.
