Ethics - Gifts of Food or Beverages at Meetings of Legislative Organizations

Synopsis:

Altering a provision of the Ethics Law that allows a member of the General Assembly to accept a gift of food or beverages at the time and location of a legislative meeting provided that all legislators attending the meeting are invited to the occasion at which the food or beverages are served.
