Nursing Facilities - Rules for Establishment of a Family Council - Violations and Penalties

Synopsis:

Requiring licensed skilled or intermediate care nursing facilities to permit the establishment of a family council; establishing the duties and requirements that a nursing facility must comply with pertaining to a family council; excluding facility staff from council meetings; providing an exception allowing visitors and facility staff to attend council meetings; establishing that a specific behavior by a facility is a violation of the Act; etc.
