Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the appointments of the members of the Advisory Council to the Center for the Study of the Health Effects of Fire, all of whom are appointed by the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, are subject to the advice and consent of the Senate of Maryland.
