Vehicle Laws - Multipurpose Passenger Vehicles - Operating Restrictions

Synopsis:

Providing that a multipurpose passenger vehicle that has a motor with a rating of 1.5 brake horsepower or less, or a motor capacity of less than 70 cubic centimeters piston displacement, may not be operated on a roadway with a maximum speed limit of 50 miles per hour or more or on an expressway or controlled access highway; and requiring that persons who sell a specified multipurpose passenger vehicle must inform the buyer of operating restrictions.
