Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Nursing Recertification Tuition Expenses

Synopsis:

Providing an income tax subtraction modification for tuition paid by an individual and not reimbursed by the individual's employer or otherwise for courses or programs required to obtain recertification in the State as a certified nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, or registered nurse; and applying the Act to tax years after 2000.
