Synopsis:

Requiring a State/local cost sharing formula of 90%/10% for up to and including $25 million in costs and 75%/25% for over $25 million in costs for public school construction projects in Baltimore City for fiscal years 2002 through 2003; and requiring Baltimore City to appropriate at least $12.4 million for school construction in fiscal 2002 and 2003.
