Family Law - Adoption and Guardianship - Revocation of Consent

Synopsis:

Reducing from 30 days to 15 days the time period within which an individual or child placement agency may revoke consent to an adoption; and reducing from 30 days to 15 days the time period within which a natural parent may revoke consent to guardianship.
